Your shipment arrived on time, and you signed the POD confirming the quantity. You reported a shortage two days later. We provided palletizing photos, but you indicated the loading condition differed upon receipt.
As no evidence proves the loss occurred before signing, we can’t offer compensation immediately. However, we’ve urged our U.S. warehouse to fully investigate. This will take 1-2 months. If responsibility is found on our side, we will compensate you.
We hope for your understanding. We recommend verifying all items before signing the BOL and recording video during unloading for future shipments.
Attached are the signed POD and palletizing photos for transparency.
